Absolutely no support...

If I could I wouldnt even give this a star due to the worst support for an app I have ever experienced. Played this game everyday for nearly 200 days, spent more then a few $. But my phone recently got crushed and now unable to login to my character on my new phone. Ive emailed them multiple times and have yet to get a response(over a week now and 5 emails). At least tell me I am SOL, they have lost a player for any Tap4Fun games at this point, they will take your money easily enough but give you any support/explanation concerning a pretty serious login issue seems to be way too much trouble for them. I would stay away from the app companies games if I were you. Just been my experience, decent enough game if you dont have any problems, but as you can see the above reviews, not consistently the case with this app.
