Very poor service to customer

I have played this game for about a year now; lately, without reasons, I have lost 9 items from my ships and was unable to figure where they were gone. I asked them to help me more than one month ago. Since then, only thing they have told me is to stay with them, and they have repeated that to me in 3 e-mails.... Still waiting
