Game doesnt work for me

The game doesnt even work for me. Im using a Iphone 5S and softare is IOS 9 which you guys said the game supports Im pretty sure. But when I open the app, it just says no network connection or cant connect to server when Im using a perfectly fine Wi-fi at my house which works for all other games. I will gladly change my rating if you fix this issue. Thank you...
