Too bad, really poor support!

The game is enjoyable, however due to a truly terrible support team I must rate this very low. The support team is very unhelpful when you have an issue and they show no care for you when you have a purchase error or reward payout due to you. Best advice take screen shots of everything when you make any purchase!!! Or find another game with a support team that actually cares for their customers.
